Requirements

– 5+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering or similar positions, with 2+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or Subject Matter Expert mentoring senior engineers in technical aspects.
– Expert hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS and self-managed clusters).
– Strong collaborative skills, understanding and experience in building strong DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE principles within organization, emphasis on harmonizing Development and Infrastructure operations.
– Deep production-level understanding of cloud services (AWS across multiple regions and services).
– Expertise designing and implementing robust Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and GitOps practices (ArgoCD, Helm).
– Expertise in managing enterprise CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Responsibilities

– Own and evolve the technical roadmap of the company’s infrastructure with a team.
– Alignment with Software, Cloud and Systems Engineering, Security, Compliance, QA and Release Management.
– Drive technical excellence and automation across CI/CD pipelines and GitOps and Infrastructure as Code initiatives to improve deployment efficiency.
– Participate in core architectural decisions, infrastructure planning, and hands-on implementation of complex system upgrades.
– Ensure the high availability, performance, and security hardening of production systems handling millions of active users.
– Mentor the engineering team on technical best practices, code reviews, and modern infrastructure patterns.
